Feel better and find balance in menopause
Hi, my name is Tammy, I’m a Nutritional Therapist (DipION, mBANT, CNHC) on a mission to help women to transform their health with simple nutrition changes and supporting women make the simple steps to balanced hormone health, and full wellbeing.
I began peri-menopause from age of 37 and I was totally lost by what my body was throwing at me. Health practitioners told me I was too young to have the symptoms I was having, and at that time the conversation around menopause just wasn’t happening, even if half of the population will go through it.
Having worked within the health & well-being industry for seven years I wanted to get a deeper understanding of what was going on with my body, and how supporting my health through nutrition could support this fundamental life change, so I studied to become a nutritionist. I was 40 when I began, and by the time I qualified at the age of 44 my GP was telling me I was too young to be experiencing what I was experiencing!
